STABLES

MAIN BARN – the barn is a 12 stall complex with individual paddocks for each horse and a nice tack room with lockable lockers for each boarder.  There are two tack up areas inside the main barn, a supplement storage station and an outdoor wash rack.  The stalls feature rubber stall mats, automatic watering devises, saddle racks, and individual stall instruction boards so that we manage your horse exactly as you would like.

HORSE CONDOS - Alpenridge is unique in that it also features 20 HORSE CONDOS  located in three separate complexes on the Ranch property.  Each Condo has a significantly large paddock area for your horse to play in as well as shelter from the elements and lighting for after dark boarder visits.  Each Condo complex has its own tack room facility and tack up area as well as automatic water devises.

AMENITIES:

INDOOR ARENA:  This arena is 72' x 144' and features Halide lights for evening riding.  The indoor arena is well known for its great footing and fold up polycarbonate windows for winter element protection.       

OUTDOOR ARENA: This arena is 90' x 200' and is known not only for its great footing, but also for the wonderful mountain views and adjacent landscape areas.

ROUND PEN: The Round Pen is 75' in diameter making it a wonderful lunging and training amenity

TURN-OUT AREAS:  The Ranch also has 13 grass turn-out pastures for those boarders requesting that their horse be turned out on a scheduled basis.     

HORSE TRAILER PARKING: The Ranch has horse trailer parking available at no charge for the boarders.
